SECTION 42-14.2-6

   § 42-14.2-6  License fee. – Every application to the department for renewal of an existing license or theissuance of a new license shall be accompanied by a fee of two hundred fiftydollars ($250) per annum, payable to the state of Rhode Island. In the eventthe application is denied, the fee shall be returned to the applicant.
