SECTION 42-14-7

   § 42-14-7  Deputies to administrator.– The administrator of banking and insurance may appoint one or more deputies toassist him or her in the performance of his or her duties, who shall beremovable at the pleasure of the administrator, and the administrator in his orher official capacity shall be liable for any deputy's misconduct or neglect ofduty in the performance of his or her official duties. Service of process uponany deputy, or at the office of the administrator upon some person thereemployed, at any time, shall be as effectual as service upon the administrator.
