SECTION 42-14-8

   § 42-14-8  Clerical assistance andexpenses. – The administrator of banking and insurance may employ such clerical assistanceand incur such office and traveling expenses for him or herself, his or herdeputies and assistants as may be necessary in the performance of his or herother duties, and as provided by this title, within the amounts appropriatedtherefor.
