SECTION 42-140-5

   § 42-140-5  Authority to enter intoagreements. – The commissioner shall have authority to enter into agreements with thetrustees of the renewable energy development fund to achieve integrated andeffective use of the renewable energy proper resources, subsections 39-2-1.2(b)and (c), and renewable energy standard resources, § 39-26-7. By mutualagreement with the trustees, the commissioner may serve as program manager forthe renewable energy programs.
