SECTION 42-140-8

   § 42-140-8  Annual report. – The commissioner shall report annually, on or before March 1st of each year, tothe governor, the president of the senate, and the speaker of the house withregard to the status of energy supplies, markets, and conditions, theeffectiveness of energy programs, the activities of the office including thecouncil, and such other matters related to energy as the commissioner or thecouncil may deem appropriate.
