SECTION 42-140-9

   § 42-140-9  Adoption of rules. – The commissioner shall have the authority to adopt, amend, and implement suchrules as may be necessary to desirable to effectuate the purposes of thischapter. In any rule making by the commissioner, the commissioner shallconsider as a matter of record the advise of the energy resources council.
