SECTION 42-148-9
§ 42-148-9 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter, or the application of this chapter to anyperson or circumstances is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction,the remainder of the chapter and the application of that provision to otherpersons or circumstances shall not be affected.
