   § 42-152-5  Pension and compensation claimsassistance. [Effective July 1, 2010.]. – Upon request, the director of the department shall, in accordance with theapplicable rules and regulations of the department of veterans' affairs of theUnited States, prepare and present all veterans' pension and compensationclaims qualifying under the provisions of § 42-12-5. The department shallrender this assistance without charge to the claimant for the assistance.
