SECTION 42-152-6
§ 42-152-6 Admittance of veteran toveterans' home as condition of assistance. [Effective July 1, 2010.].– The director or his or her designee, may, in his or her discretion, require anyveteran who has no dependent parents, wife, or children, and who desiresassistance as provided in this chapter, to become a resident of the veterans'home in order to enjoy the benefits of this chapter.
