§ 42-16.1-10 - Compensation of board of review.
SECTION 42-16.1-10
§ 42-16.1-10 Compensation of board ofreview. – The compensation of members of the board shall be determined by the departmentof administration. The compensation shall be pro rated and made chargeable tothe employment security administration fund and such other funds as shall beavailable for the payment of temporary disability insurance expenses or fromsuch other sums as shall be allotted to the director by the general assembly.
