SECTION 42-17.1-16

   § 42-17.1-16  Fees for use of state portfacilities at Galilee. – All fees collected by the department of environmental management for use ofstate port facilities at Galilee in the town of Narragansett, including feescollected for leases, licenses, or permits involving land, buildings, docks,piers, parking, or berthing space, shall be deposited as general revenues.
