SECTION 42-17.1-16.1

   § 42-17.1-16.1  Fees for use of state portfacilities at Newport – Development fund. – All fees collected by the department of environmental management for use ofstate port facilities in Newport, including fees collected for leases,licenses, or permits involving land, buildings, docks, piers, parking, orberthing space, shall be deposited as general revenues.
