SECTION 42-17.1-2.4

   § 42-17.1-2.4  Gasoline additives –Enforcement. – (a) The director of environmental management shall administer and enforce, asprovided for by § 31-37-7.1, standards for gasoline additives.

   (b) The director shall report on or before February 1, 2007,to the governor, the president of the senate, and the speaker of the house,with regard to the status of the implementation in other states of restrictionson gasoline additives prescribed by § 31-37-7.1.
