SECTION 42-17.1-7

   § 42-17.1-7  Rules and regulations. –Rules and regulations prepared by any department, division, board, commission,or other agency, the functions of which are transferred by this chapter to thedepartment of environmental management, which rules and regulations are not inconflict with this chapter, shall continue in force until such time as thedirector of the department of environmental management shall issue new rulesand regulations governing such activity.
