   § 42-17.2-7  Registration and fees. –A passenger tramway shall not be operated in this state unless the operatorthereof has been registered by the department. On or before the first day ofNovember in each year, every operator of a passenger tramway shall apply to thedepartment, on forms prepared by it, for registration hereunder. Theapplication shall contain such information as the department may require andshall be accompanied by a registration fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00).
