SECTION 42-17.4-10

   § 42-17.4-10  Penalty for violation. –Any person who shall be found guilty of violation of any of the provisions of§ 42-17.4-6 or any rules and regulations adopted hereunder shall bepunished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or byimprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days, or by both fine orimprisonment, and every person shall be deemed guilty of a separate anddistinct offense for each day during which the violation is repeated orcontinued.
