§ 42-17.4-7 - Applications.
SECTION 42-17.4-7
§ 42-17.4-7 Applications. – (a) Application for certification shall be made on forms supplied by the board.
(b) The application shall be accompanied by a fee of tendollars ($10.00). The annual renewal fee will be five dollars ($5.00).
(c) The board shall review applications and supportingdocuments, determine the eligibility of the applicant for examination, andnotify the applicant of the same.
(d) The fee will not be returned upon failure to pass theexamination.
