§ 42-17.4-9 - Equity proceedings for enforcement.
SECTION 42-17.4-9
§ 42-17.4-9 Equity proceedings forenforcement. – The superior court shall have jurisdiction in equity to enforce the provisionsof this chapter. Proceedings under this section shall follow the course ofequity and shall be instituted and prosecuted in the name of the board, by theattorney general.
