SECTION 42-17.5-4

   § 42-17.5-4  Natural heritage preservationcommission. – There is established within the department of environmental management thenatural heritage preservation commission consisting of the directors of thedepartment of environmental management (who shall be chairperson) and thegovernor's office of intergovernmental relations, and the chief of the divisionof statewide planning, department of administration.
