SECTION 42-17.7-7
§ 42-17.7-7 Ex parte consultations. –Notwithstanding the provisions of § 42-35-13, the director shall have nocommunication directly or indirectly, with a hearing officer relating to anyissue of fact or of law on any matter then pending before said hearing officer.
