SECTION 42-2-8

   § 42-2-8  Execution of state process.– All civil and criminal processes issued under the authority of this state or ofany department, division or officer thereof may be served and executed on anylot, piece, parcel or tract of land acquired by the United States under theauthority of this chapter, and in any buildings or structures that may beerected thereon, in the same manner as if jurisdiction had not been ceded underthe authority of this chapter.
