SECTION 42-20-15

   § 42-20-15  Severability. – If any provision of this title or of any rule or regulation made thereunder, orthe application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid by acourt of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the title, rule orregulation, and the application of such provision to other persons orcircumstances shall not be affected thereby. The invalidity of any section orsections or parts of any section or sections of this title shall not affect thevalidity of the remainder of the title.
