SECTION 42-20-4

   § 42-20-4  Reorganizations to comply withfederal law. – If not otherwise provided by law, the director or head of any department oragency may, with the approval of the governor, establish such administrativeand organization units for the conduct of the affairs of the department as maybe necessary or to conform with the requirements of federal legislation now inforce or which may hereafter be enacted by the congress of the United States.
