§ 42-20-8.1 - Public access to state contracts. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 42-20-8.1

   § 42-20-8.1  Public access to statecontracts. – A complete and legible copy of each contract entered into after September 30,1994 by any state agency and department of state government, including withoutlimitation public and quasi-public agencies, authorities, boards andcommissions, involving the expenditure of more than ten thousand dollars($10,000) shall be made available to the public at the office of any stateagency and department of state government entering into the contract. Thedirector of administration shall be responsible for compliance with thissection.
