SECTION 42-21-10

   § 42-21-10  Offenses and penalties prior totransfer. – No offense committed and no penalty or forfeiture incurred under any of theacts repealed by chapter 660 of the Public Laws of 1939, and before the timewhen chapter 660 took effect, shall be affected by chapter 660, except thatwhenever any punishment, penalty, or forfeiture shall have been mitigated bythe provisions of chapter 660, that provision may be extended and applied toany judgment pronounced after February 7, 1939.
