SECTION 42-21-7

   § 42-21-7  Transfer of seals. – All powers and authority heretofore vested by law in any administrativedepartment or other agency to use a seal or seals shall hereafter betransferred to the proper department or agency in accordance with the transferof other powers and duties by chapter 660 of the Public Laws of 1939, and theseals themselves may be changed accordingly.
