SECTION 42-23-4

   § 42-23-4  Secretary of commission. –The commission on interstate cooperation may elect one of its own members assecretary who, notwithstanding any other provisions in this chapter contained,shall receive such compensation as the commission shall determine and who shallhold office at the discretion of the commission. In case of a vacancy in theoffice of secretary, the vacancy shall be filled by the commission. Thesecretary shall keep minutes of all commission meetings.
