SECTION 42-26.1-3

   § 42-26.1-3  Application by privatecorporation. – Any private corporation hereafter organized under laws of this state for thepurpose of establishing, operating, and maintaining a foreign trade zone inaccordance with the act of congress referred to in § 42-26.1-2, islikewise authorized to make application for the privilege of establishing,operating, and maintaining a foreign trade zone in accordance with the act ofcongress.
