SECTION 42-26-3

   § 42-26-3  Public safety grantadministration office created – Composition. – (a) There is hereby created within the department of public safety a publicsafety grant administration office which shall be under the jurisdiction of thegovernor.

   (b) The public safety grant administration office shallconsist of: (1) a criminal justice policy board, and (2) such permanent and adhoc committees and task forces as the board deems necessary.
