   § 42-28.1-2  Eligibility for plan. –Any full-time member of any state, city, town police force, the sheriffs unit,the Rhode Island marshals' unit, the Rhode Island capitol police force, parkpolice and conservation officer units of the division of enforcement of thedepartment of environmental management and the state fire marshal and deputystate fire marshals of the Rhode Island division of fire safety shall beeligible for the plan established in this chapter provided he or sheaccumulates the requisite number of points under the schedule set forth in§ 42-28.1-3.
