SECTION 42-28.1-3

   § 42-28.1-3  Incentive steps. – (a) Advancement to each of the incentive salary steps shall be based on a pointsystem as set forth in § 42-28.1-4 and shall be accomplished as follows:

   (b) Except that the state fire marshal and the deputy statefire marshals may be granted credit for a degree with a concentration in firescience.
