SECTION 42-28.1-9

   § 42-28.1-9  Ineligibility for otherincentive payments. – Any person receiving educational incentive payments under this chapter isineligible for additional incentive payments as contained in the in-servicetraining program for state employees, as contained in the state personnel rulesor in § 36-4-44 or in any other chapter relating to incentive in-servicetraining programs.
