SECTION 42-28.2-4

   § 42-28.2-4  Selection of chairperson andvice-chairperson – Quorum – Summon of first meeting. – The governor, upon the appointment of the members of the commission onstandards and training, shall select from the appointed members a chairpersonand vice-chairperson who shall serve at his or her pleasure. Three (3) membersof the commission shall constitute a quorum. The governor shall summon thecommission to its first meeting.
