SECTION 42-28.2-8.2

   § 42-28.2-8.2  Educational requirements– Gang related activity. – The commission on standards and training shall prepare and publish mandatorytraining standards to provide instructions for police officers in identifying,responding to and reporting all incidents of criminal gang activity as definedin § 11-61-3. The commission shall include the training in all curriculafor recruits and in-service trainees, in all police academies operating orcertified by the commission.
