SECTION 42-28.6-3

   § 42-28.6-3  Disclosure of personalinformation. – No law enforcement officer shall be required or requested to disclose any itemof his or her property, income, assets, source of income, debts, or personal ordomestic expenditures (including those of any member of his or her family orhousehold) unless that information is necessary in investigating a possibleconflict of interest with respect to the performance of his or her officialduties, or unless the disclosure is required by law.
