SECTION 42-28.8-6

   § 42-28.8-6  Public education andinformation. – The director of the department of children, youth, and families shall providestatewide educational and public informational seminars for the purpose ofdeveloping public awareness of the problems regarding missing children andencourage the development of community programs to aid law enforcement agenciesto locate missing children.
