§ 42-28-1 - Definitions.
SECTION 42-28-1
§ 42-28-1 Definitions. – Whenever the word "division" is used in this chapter, it shall be deemed tomean the division of state police herein created, and whenever the word"superintendent" is used, it shall be deemed to mean the superintendent of thedivision of state police.
