SECTION 42-28-30
§ 42-28-30 Certificate of completion oftraining course. – Upon the satisfactory completion of the prescribed course of training, thesuperintendent shall issue to each candidate a certificate of merit and shallforward to the appointing authority certification of the candidate'squalifications for appointment.
