§ 42-28-8 - Clerk of division.
SECTION 42-28-8
§ 42-28-8 Clerk of division. – The superintendent may employ a clerk who shall be a competent stenographer,and the general assembly shall annually appropriate such sum as it may deemnecessary for the payment of the salary of the clerk. The clerk shall benumbered among the personnel of the division within the meaning of §§42-28-21 and 42-28-22.
