§ 42-29-15 Pleadings and effect ofjudgment on bond. – In every suit on such bond, the declaration shall set forth the condition ofthe bond and assign the breach or breaches relied upon in the action, andjudgment in the suit shall not be a bar to any other action on the bondassigning other breaches.
