SECTION 42-29-16

   § 42-29-16  Form of judgment for plaintiffon bond. – In a suit brought under § 42-29-13, if the plaintiff shall recover,judgment shall be rendered in favor of the general treasurer or sheriff, as thecase may be, for the use of the person alleged in the writ and declaration tobe injured by the breach or breaches assigned, and that person shall be deemedand taken, for all purposes whatsoever, to be the plaintiff in the suit.
