SECTION 42-32-3

   § 42-32-3  Employees – Executivecommittee. – The science and research council shall have the power to engage an executivedirector and such other clerical and secretarial assistance as it shall deemnecessary. The council may elect from among its members an executive committeeand such other committee or committees as it shall deem necessary to properlycarry out its functions hereunder.
