§ 42-35-2.4 - Electronic filing.
SECTION 42-35-2.4
§ 42-35-2.4 Electronic filing. – In addition to all other requirements imposed by law, all agencies andauthorities (as defined in this chapter) shall be required to electronicallysubmit their annual reports to the general assembly for posting on the generalassembly website in lieu of a printed copy. However, an agency or authorityshall produce a printed copy on demand.
