§ 42-37-2 - Alternate administrator.
SECTION 42-37-2
§ 42-37-2 Alternate administrator. –The superintendent of state police is authorized to designate an alternate toserve in his or her place and stead on the New England State PoliceAdministrators Conference as permitted by article III of the compact. However,it is the intention of the legislature that such superintendent of state policeshall attend and participate in the work of the conference in person to themaximum extent practicable.
