§ 42-39-3 - Renunciation.
SECTION 42-39-3
§ 42-39-3 Renunciation. – Renunciation, within the meaning of article XII of the compact shall beaccomplished by act of the legislature repealing the compact and by notice inaccordance with that article. In the event of an act of repeal, the governorshall send the necessary notice to all other party states.
