SECTION 42-40-7

   § 42-40-7  Travel expenses of employees ofother governments. – A receiving agency in this state may, in accordance with the travel regulationsof the agency, pay travel expenses of persons assigned thereto under thischapter during the period of assignments on the same basis as if they wereregular employees of the receiving agency.
