SECTION 42-41-3

   § 42-41-3  Definitions. – As used in this chapter:

   (a) "Agency" means all state offices, departments, divisions,institutions, boards, commissions, councils, committees, or other entities ofthe executive branch, offices of the judicial branch, and offices of thelegislative branch of state government.

   (b) "Federal monies" means any financial assistance made to astate agency by the United States government, whether a loan, grant, subsidy,augmentation, reimbursement, or in any other form.
