SECTION 42-41-4

   § 42-41-4  Inclusion of federal funds inbudget. – Pursuant to § 35-3-7, the budget officer shall henceforth include allfederal monies received or anticipated by state agencies as a part of thebudget request, showing for each budgetary category the amount of state moniesrequested by funding the amount of federal monies anticipated or due, theamount of other nonstate monies requested or anticipated, and the totalanticipated expenditure from all sources for the respective category.
