SECTION 42-45.1-13

   § 42-45.1-13  Severability. – The sections of this chapter and each provision and part thereof are herebydeclared to be severable and independent of each other, and the holding of asection, or part thereof, or the application thereof to any person orcircumstance, to be invalid, ineffective, or unconstitutional shall not affectany other section, or provision or part thereof, or the application of anysection, or provision or part thereof, to any other person and circumstance.
