   § 42-45.1-6  Survey of sites. – The state historical preservation commission shall conduct a survey ofarchaeological and anthropological sites and specimens located within thestate. The results of the survey shall be made available to all agencies of thestate government and its political subdivisions that, in the opinion of thecommission, may conduct activities which affect the archaeological oranthropological sites and specimens.
